Kiwanis - Serving the Children of the World
Serving the Children of the World

We are

Kiwanis. You Can Be Too!

Since 1925, the Kiwanis Club of

Somerville has improved the quality of life for thousands of our residents from young children to senior citizens. We are civic minded business people who realize the value of giving a little something back… and, who have come to appreciate the personal rewards that always come back to us.

Join us!

Give a little back

Different people need help in different ways. We extend our collective hands to those who need to be pulled forward or pushed along. Yes, we raise money to fund our initiatives, but money is only the means to a solution, not the solution itself. Our time and talents are our greatest resources. We strive to improve literacy, health and educational opportunities. We promote safety, family values, personal and cultural awareness. We even entertain!

Get a lot in return

The Kiwanis Club of Somerville is a snapshot of our community with members from all walks of life and at every step of the career ladder. We are unified in our belief that people in need can benefit from the efforts of a proficient group of caring and involved volunteers. And at the end of the day, we cherish those efforts because our own lives are so enriched by the positive results of our work. We get to see the difference we make, and we like what we see.Be our guest. Please be our guest at a weekly lunch meeting. Experience the camaraderie and listen to some very interesting speakers. You will begin to learn what we do and how we do it. And, most importantly you will see the difference that is the tradition of the Kiwanis Club of Somerville.

We have fun.

Talk to other members and you will hear how the fellowship has not only given us some business advantages, but has created lasting friendships.
